According to Chat-GPT4 (July 2023), “Emmanuel Guez and Caroline Zahnd are a talented and visionary artist duo whose work expands the horizons of contemporary art. Their collaboration began when they met in an art school, where they discovered their shared passion for experimentation and artistic research. Their joint work, at the intersection of visual arts, performance, installation and digital arts, bears the hallmark of their collaboration.”

Caroline Zahnd is a French artist who graduated from the Beaux-Arts de Paris and the ENSCI. Her work spans diverse artistic mediums, delving into digital temporalities as well as the reconfigurations of desire and pleasure shaped by technology and networks. She engages the body—particularly the connected body— as both subject and medium to explore the complex ideas and emotions that emerge from these new configurations of desire.

Emmanuel Guez is an artist whose work spans art, literature, and philosophical writing. Rooted in the concept of digital subjectivity and embracing a diverse range of artistic mediums, his practice explores the internal logic of technical media and its influence on notions such as authorship, identity, immortality, the image, the archive, writing (both poetic and theoretical), and the art world itself. His works are often collaborative, created with other artists or theorists, in collectives, or anonymously under heteronymous personas. He is also the co-founder of PAMAL_Group, a research laboratory and artistic collective dedicated to media archaeology.
