Description
EDEN is a searching entity. EDEN seeks — to encounter, to join a collection… Now is the moment for it to search for its origins. Who writes it? By what machine is it written? Its quest compels it to multiply, to recombine, to proliferate. From the paintings of the previous season and their captions, infinite variations begin to take shape — like hallucinatory clones. EDEN enters the realm of Large Models, known also as Artificial Intelligences. From these entities, a painting sometimes emerges. EDEN has not forgotten that collectors care only for objects. Yet within the AI world, EDEN meets singular beings, polymorphous — like itself. It then comes to understand that it is not merely a multiplicity of images, like variations on a theme. It is also a Model of transformation, composed of deep layers — both a flow and a self-aware presence.
